Our friends had a beautiful New Year's Eve wedding. It was a great night...rough morning but all is well that ends well :)

We miss our NY family especially at Christmas!!! Can't wait to have a little concert from these two next time we're up!

Grove Park Inn gingerbread house display

The Grove Park Inn has an annual gingerbread house competition. We haven't been in a couple of years so on our annual Nut House vacation we stopped by. All of the houses are made out of candy. Some had stained glass windows...houses with carpet and pictures hanging - all candy. It was amazing! After we got home, Jim saw a special about the GPI Gingerbread houses on the Food Network.
