Its the most wonderful time of the year....
Christmas lights out front.... Our house looks pretty good this year!Jim and I went to his company Christmas party. I also made some cookies for our neighbors this year. I did last year -but that batch was nothing to talk about (i.e. hard as a rock). I still gave them...its the giving not what you give....right?

Christmas trip to Black Mountain
The acron light hanging in the pictures below is a $1200 light!!! It was amazing. We shopped until we dropped. We went to the Folk Art Center and saw a Downhome Appalachain Christmas practice. Turns out the guys were just getting together to practice and not really play. But it was great anyway!!!!

Christmas trip to Black Mountain
This is the third year we've gone to Aunt Shirley and Uncle Arnold's to do our Christmas shopping. This year, Stacey & Jason came along and a grand time was had by all. Aunt Shirley's tree was beautiful and you can see Uncle Arnold's village. The mountains are decorate styrofoam (sp?).
